This weblog is not a running weblog, although I sometimes write a posting in the category "Running". To be honest, I think (most) running blogs are boring - who cares about my training scheme, my injuries, races or new shoes? Yesterday, I ran 55.32 minutes along the Grand River in the snow on my Asics trail shoes (for more grip). The snow was frozen, so every step I heard a cracking sound. It was really heavy, ploughing in the snow. In the end, I could feel my Achilles

Tendons a bit, so back home I cooled 2x10 minutes with a ColdPack.
Maybe I should start a runner's blog, so I can participate in the Dutch Championship Semi Marathon for Bloggers (NtK21B, where Dutch should be interpreted as "Dutch language", so open for Flamish runners as well) in Utrecht, 13 April 2009. Too bad, this one doesn't fit in my training schedule for the semi marathon in my new home town. (*)
(*) Pleas don't take this too serious, I don't plan so far ahead. First, I have to survive the winter here....
