My expections of weblogs

I've been thinking about this from the start of this weblog: what do I expect from it? Will it change me, what will I learn. Ok, here are some:

- Learn what a weblog is and how it works (get practical skills)
- Become more open about thoughts and ideas.
- Improve my writing and language skills.
- Communicate with others, not only people I know but (maybe, hopefully) unexpected contact
- Get inspired by the ideas of others

Maybe I think of more later.

At least I learned one thing: I use it more for thought about weblogs (because this is new?) instead of knowledge management, which was my intention.

And another thing: that I should 'push' myself to write down my ideas, reflections etc. I usually keep them in my mind, sometimes talk with others about it, but hardly write them down.
